We sometimes get caught up in what WE can get from someone or a situation. In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., I want to encourage you to do something for someone today --(and not just today but every day you can) --not to make yourself feel better, but to help elevate them and out of the goodness of your heart. It can be something simple or it can be something life changing. I want to encourage you to find a place in your heart and in your life to helping others. Help those in your community and those around you...and see them become the great men and women they're meant to be! Be an encourager. Be a life changer. Stay prayerful. And as Dr. King would say, "The time is always right...to do what is right." I believe in your victory.
[Martin Luther King was a real life hero and a man who truly impacted our world. I'm immensely grateful that God called him to do amazing, powerful things and that Dr. King fully stepped into his calling. What an incredible journey and inspiration to all of us.]
And if y'all haven't yet, go see "SELMA" in theaters now! It's a great, important, powerful film that needs to be seen by all!! :)
Today and always, be blessed. :)
