Always remember that it's okay to feel whatever it is you're feeling, BUT you have to let it pass. If you must cry....then cry. Please don't hold it in. Let it out, BUT you must let it pass.
Let's always remember that whatever problem we have or whatever situation we just happen to be in at the time....that "this too shall pass..." -- and that we choose how we respond. Sometimes things overwhelm us so much, that we literally breakdown. And that's okay....it's okay to feel that in that moment if it happens. BUT let us remember to ALWAYS LET IT PASS. Do not harbor those feelings of sadness or anger....we have to let it pass. Let it go.
Refocus that energy on the good in your life...on the positive. Receive your peace and joy today. Forgive those that have hurt you ...and let it go.
We're all human and are constantly affected by something and go through many emotions. Feel those feelings, but then you have to let it go! Today is the day.
