Different feelings come and go. Sometimes the ones that are "bad" can seem overbearing and like waves, huge waves that come over you, but how you react to them is a choice you make. You have a choice whether or not to succumb to feelings of anger or frustration and whether or not to live in that certain "space". Keep a good circle of friends and family members around you; people you can go to for help, advice, and prayer. 

Rise above any feelings that try to bring you down and try to change who you are...and try to focus on the positive and what's good in the given moment. 

Stay prayerful. Stay hopeful.
